What is Health eMinds ECHO?

  • a virtual network to share knowledge and experience related to mental health care and services
  • a series of free interactive, case-based education sessions delivered online, bringing together specialist and primary care services
  • a community of practice which helps decrease professional isolation and fosters a supportive network across northern Australia
  • free for any healthcare workers, including allied, community and mental health services (clinical and non-clinical).

Monthly sessions include:

10-minute didactic presentation by subject matter expert or panellist

Case study discussion – participant to share a de-identified patient case

Q&A on the presentation and case study – open to all participants

Health eMinds ECHO are looking for Mental Health clinicians and healthcare workers interested in sharing their knowledge and experience. We invite you to become a presenter, join our panel, or share an interesting case or question.  Involvement in the ECHO panel and sessions is a voluntary arrangement.
